Child Safety Standards

Standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) · Last updated July 20, 2026 · Applies to Cuts on all platforms

Zero tolerance What is prohibited How we moderate In-app reporting Enforcement & reporting to authorities Age requirements Contact
Cuts has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Such content is removed immediately, the account is terminated, and the case is reported to the relevant authorities.

01Zero tolerance

We prohibit any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits or endangers minors, in any form — audio, text, imagery, usernames, profile information, comments, stations or links. This policy applies to all users and all content on Cuts, public or private, and is not subject to exceptions.

02What is prohibited

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — creating, uploading, sharing, requesting or linking to it in any form.
  • Grooming and predatory behavior — contacting or befriending minors to facilitate sexual abuse, on or off the platform.
  • Sextortion — threatening or blackmailing a minor with intimate content.
  • Sexualization of minors — any content that presents a minor in a sexualized manner, including fictional, drawn or AI-generated content.
  • Trafficking — advertising or soliciting a child for commercial sexual exploitation.

03How we moderate

Every cut passes moderation before it is published to the feed. Reported content is reviewed by a human moderator; reports in the child-safety category are treated with the highest priority. Violating content is removed and the publishing account is permanently banned.

04In-app reporting

Any user can report a cut, comment, profile or station directly in the app (⋯ → Report) and select the dedicated «Child sexual abuse or exploitation» category. Reports can be filed without leaving the app and are reviewed promptly. You can also report concerns by email to support@getcuts.app.

05Enforcement & reporting to authorities

  • Confirmed CSAE content is removed immediately and the account is permanently terminated.
  • We preserve related evidence and report confirmed CSAM to the relevant regional and national authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and applicable local law-enforcement or hotline organizations.
  • We cooperate with law enforcement requests in accordance with applicable law.
  • We comply with all relevant child safety laws in the regions where Cuts operates.

06Age requirements

Cuts is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country). If we learn that an account belongs to a child below the minimum age, we delete it, as described in our Privacy Policy.

07Contact

Designated child safety point of contact: support@getcuts.app (KVLK Studio). This contact is able to speak to our CSAE prevention practices and compliance. For urgent matters involving immediate danger to a child, contact your local law enforcement first.
